Nothing loaded in my App Nothing in the Schedule I did not get my NFL PASS other than the words "this is your mobile NFL pass" ?????? What ?????? Wheres the QR code to allow me to check in at the sites? Wheres the SB info period?? Like I said, its an empty App on iPhone 6S+

Easy to use and very helpful for anyone in the Bay Area this week. Youll find out about a variety of free events. A no-brainer for anyone in SF.

I cant wait till this is over and the Bay Area can go back to our normal traffic jams

Cant see daily calendar as it crashes the app every time when selected.

App crashes when schedule is opened. Useless to me.

Cant click on the map if there is more than one item of interest. App crashes when you click on the schedule. Total fail.

Cant open the app.... Crashes. The week before the Super Bowl which is when you would use his app the most. Epic fail...

Whats the point of checking in if the staff cant scan the QRS code. Each check-in has to be manually entered at each entry!

There is no point in downloading this app. There isnt any helpful information on it. Doesnt have a full schedule of what is going on in Super Bowl City and is doesnt tell you what each place has to offer in terms of entertainment.

I came in to SF just for the Super Bowl and this app is SUPER helpful to help me find out all the different events around the area and find my way around.

Just arrived in SF for the Super Bowl. Downloaded the App and met up with some Panthers fans at some of the Super Bowl events. The app helped us find our way around the city for the different events.

Im in the city for the Super Bowl and have already used the app for events around town. Planning on using it the rest of the week. I recommend it if you are here for the Super Bowl.

Was there today. Worked!

I was excited to go to the NFL Experience and try to earn as many badges as possible. However, after completing 10 of the challenges only two badges showed up. I made sure I scanned my NFL Fan Mobile Pass at every single one challenge. At some locations the staff had no idea they even had a badge (PepsiCo Fizz). All the badges did work for the 50th mile though. But there was soooo much confusion from every single staff member along the route on how to make it work. By the last couple nodes I was having to train them on how it worked. All together with the badges not working and the untrained staff I was very disappointed. What I did like was the schedule. But, it was lacking many official events. Hopefully they get this fixed.
